Application Check List
To apply to Springfield College, submit the following items.
- $50 application fee or fee waiver
Choose one of the essay prompts listed on the Common Application.
- SAT/ACT Scores
Springfield College accepts either the SAT or ACT.
- Official High School Transcript
Must be submitted by your high school guidance office.
- One Academic Reference
Provided by either a teacher or a school counselor. You can submit more than one reference if you would like.
*Some programs may require additional credentials. Limited enrollment programs (physical therapy, athletic training, dual athletic training/Doctor of Physical Therapy, occupational therapy, and physician assistant) require that students complete shadowing hours and a supplement application for admission. Supplement applications for these programs can be found on the Common Application.
Interviews are encouraged of all applicants. If the applicant is unable to arrange a personal visit to campus, the alumni interviewer must complete and return the attached Alumnus/a Interview Report directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
