Let the countdown to you coming to campus begin!

Here's a list of items you'll want to make sure you take care of before you arrive for NSO this fall.

Complete your online educational modules: AlcoholEdu and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates

Pay your bill or enter a payment plan

On this page, you will also find the Financial agreement that you must e-sign and return. 


Make sure your health forms and insurance are squared away

You have the option to either wave or enroll the student health insurance provided by the college. Be sure to fill out a form to show your intent. 


Fill out this FERPA Release Form (optional)

And return it to the Office of the Registrar (263 Alden Street, Springfield, MA 01109). Filling out this form allows College faculty and staff to talk to designated parents and guardians about academic records.


Order your books for your classes through our Springfield College Bookstore

In addition to purchasing your course materials, why not treat yourself to some Springfield College gear. Our bookstore offers a variety of gifts and supplies to get your Pride gear collection started.

What about my ID?

New residential students will get their Springfield College ID at upon checking into their residence halls. If you have not taken your picture for your student ID, you may do so during New Student Orientation check-in.


 

Commuting?

Complete your Commuter Request Form

To get a Commuter Request Form, reach out to the Office of Housing and Residence Life at (413) 748-3104.

Make sure you're all set with parking and vehicle registration
What about my ID?

Commuters will receive their Springfield College ID at upon checking in at the NSO registration table. If you have not taken your picture for your student ID, you may do so during New Student Orientation check-in.
