Earn two degrees in just five years through Springfield College MBA 4+1, a five-year program encompassing four years of undergraduate work that results in a bachelor’s degree, followed by one additional year of graduate studies resulting in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in management.
The MBA 4+1 program introduces students to business, nonprofits, and health care organizations in the Pioneer Valley, while the management concentration prepares graduates for work in the for-profit sector. MBA graduates can pursue jobs within a variety of industries, including consulting groups, corporations, banks, manufacturing companies, and professional sports teams.
And, undergraduate students don’t have to be in a business-related major to take advantage of this program. All they have to do is declare a minor in business management by their sophomore year, and they’ll be eligible to participate without taking preparatory classes. This way, students from all majors can gain a competitive advantage by earning their MBA and preparing them to excel in a rapidly changing and global market.
