Accessibility and Accommodations
Any individual with a disability or disabling condition is entitled to reasonable and appropriate accommodations, auxiliary aids, and services that provide equal educational opportunities or access to the workplace with reasonable accommodations.
The Academic Success Center’s Disability & Accessibility Services (DAS) is the College’s designated office for determining eligibility and facilitating student access in academic and non-academic settings. Employees that need assistance in requesting reasonable accommodations should work with Human Resources.
Community members that are not students or employees should contact the Office of Non-Discrimination Initiatives at (413) 748-3248 for assistance in requesting accommodations or reporting accessibility concerns.

Alert the College to general accessibility or accommodation concerns relative to any physical or programmatic barrier at the College. Concerns communicated to the College utilizing this form will be reviewed by ONDI. ONDI will confirm receipt and follow up for additional information gathering if necessary. By alerting the College of accessibility concerns, you are supporting the College as it strives to ensure physical and electronic access for persons with disabilities.
