• Researchers requesting photocopies of documents will be asked to complete the Duplication Agreement

• The College Archivist reserves the right to refuse copying, scanning or any other form of duplication of materials due to preservation, privacy or copyright concerns.

• The College Archivist reserves the right to refuse copying, scanning or any other form of duplication of materials due to time and staffing issues. All attempts to supply information will be made, but please understand that resources are limited and large copying and scanning projects may be outside of our abilities.

• Photographs of materials are permitted as long as approved by the College Archivist.
