Ed is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel of 25 years of service. After retiring in 2004, Ed became the Director of Human Resources for a lumber company located in CT. Since 2006, Ed has been working within higher education, helping military-related students achieve their educational goals by earning their college degree. Ed has been the Director of Military Programs at Post University and Johnson & Wales University and was instrumental in developing an educative environment for military-related students and increasing enrollments to over 5,100 military-related students. Ed is also the co-author of Military Education Benefits for College - a comprehensive guide to help service members, veterans, and their dependents understand the educational benefits available to them. Ed also writes a monthly blog for militaryonlinecolleges.org. Ed has a Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from Post University.
