John Doyle received a doctorate in economics from Clark University in 1976. He joined the faculty at Springfield College the same year and served as department chair from 1991-98. Doyle has served on many College committees and task forces, and he is past chair of the Faculty Personnel Committee. Doyle currently supervises two other academic programs within the department: an undergraduate program entitled Health Services Administration and a graduate academic program entitled Healthcare Management.
