With groundbreaking research as one of the hallmarks of our MS/MEd in Physical Education, our graduate students have gone on to become exceptional physical educators, coaches, and athletic administrators.
The opportunities to learn and prepare for careers in physical education and health promotion include coursework from a variety of subject areas, including pedagogy, motor learning and development, health and wellness, and athletic administration. The areas of concentration are varied and offer you many choices—whether you want to assist people with special needs to safely engage in physical activities, undertake an advanced-level coaching position, or take on a leadership position in intercollegiate and interscholastic athletics or manage health programs in varied settings.
