Step 1: Do your research
There's so much to learn about the field of industrial/organizational psychology, also referred to as I/O psychology. We encourage you to explore information about the field, career outcomes, our curriculum, and anything else you're curious about. The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology is a great resource to learn more about the field, and you can learn more about the tasks and work I/O psychologist performs through O*NET.
Step 2: Get your applications materials together
Review all of the application requirements to apply for the industrial/organizational psychology concentration.
Step 3: Apply
