Business Management
Impact Your Workplace on Day One
We invite you to consider the Bachelor of Science in Business Management program, which combines the convenience of online learning and structure of occasional evening classes. At Springfield College, you are introduced to real-world case studies and learning that you can immediately apply professionally.
As a student in the business management program, you will become a skilled and effective leader, with the well-rounded, relatable qualities that are found in Springfield College graduates worldwide. These qualities derive from the Springfield College Humanics philosophy, a commitment to developing students in spirit, mind, and body throughout their programs.
The business management degree prepares you to lead by providing both the foundational knowledge across a wide range of business environments, as well as the practical skills you will need to strategically manage an organization.
Business Management Careers
According to the National Center for Educational Statistics, more than 19 percent of all bachelor’s degrees granted in the U.S. were business degrees. There is a reason for this. Careers in management have a higher median rate of pay than any other field, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The versatility of a business management major with respect to career opportunities has made it the most popular major in the country for nearly 40 years.
Program Structure
This program consists of a mixture of online and face-to-face classes. Face-to-face classes meet every other week on Tuesday or Thursday evenings, beginning with the summer semester. On-ground courses include online activities that take place in alternating weeks.
