Graduates with the community youth development and leadership concentration work to create opportunities for young people to develop into healthy, productive, and contributing members of their communities through maximizing their leadership and civic potential. Some of these graduates are employed as youth services directors, case managers, intervention and advocacy coordinators. They are employed by community, state, and federal agencies in departments of children's services, human services, child protective services, head start, and recreational organizations.
