Master of Science in Human Services

Concentration in Organizational Management and Leadership

Students working together in Organizational Management and Leadership

Here's How it Works

Earn a master’s degree in human services with a concentration in organizational management and leadership in 16 months by combining face-to-face classes with online classes. For four terms (16 months), students take two courses online, and two courses on campus by attending one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) each month. This new format gives students extraordinary flexibility, minimizing challenging schedule conflicts.

The organizational management and leadership program is designed to develop leaders in public and nonprofit organizations with compelling visions and the know-how for transforming communities.

Succeed Online and On Campus

If you have already taken an online class and enjoyed the format, you may already have your answer to what others are still wondering: How do I know if an online class will work for me? We have found that successful online students share certain similarities.

Are you motivated and self-disciplined? Do you have consistent access to high-speed Internet? Are you comfortable expressing yourself in writing? Are you persistent when faced with challenges? Are you willing to put aside several hours each week to learn? Do you enjoy conducting internet searches? Do you have strong time management skills?

If you answered positively to several of these questions, you could be a strong Bricks and Clicks Program student.
