The Campus Recreation department offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs and services each semester to the College community, including activities such as group exercise, personal training, massage therapy, seminars, events, workshops, competitions and non-credit instructional classes. Registration is not required for programs unless otherwise noted.

Move-It Launch

Want a taste of our first-ever small group training, HIIT class? Then come to our Move-It Launch! The Move-It program combines group, functional, and high-intensity training into one explosive calorie-burning session.  YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS…AND BRING FRIENDS! Please arrive early – space is limited.

Dog Day

TRX 101 Workshop

New to the TRX? This program will guide you through the TRX workout by introducing basic foundational exercises through easy-to-follow progressions. All levels are welcome!

Mindful Yoga for Trauma

Mindful Yoga Therapy is an empirically informed, clinically tested program comprised of five practices: Breathing, Yoga postures, Deep Relaxation, Meditation, and Gratitude. Each practice is a tool that can support healing from trauma and help build a life of strength and resilience.  In this workshop, participants will learn about the impact of stress and PTSD to the nervous system and experience techniques to create a feeling of peace within a safe, supportive atmosphere.

Spooky Sprint Indoor Triathlon (Pre-Registration is Required)

Swim, run, and bike with us this fall! Faculty/staff will compete in one division and students in another. Course: swim 10 minutes in the natatorium pool (10-minute transition), bike 10 minutes on a spin bike (5-minute transition), and run 10 minutes on the Field House track. Performance is measured by the total point accumulation of all 3 events.

Do you have what it takes to be a cornhole champion? Then come to our late night cornhole tournament where you'll get the chance to show off your skills. GLOW with the FLOW

Join us for this insanely fun glow-in-the-dark yoga experience! Once registered, you’ll be entered in our raffle for a chance to win an awesome prize (i.e. yoga mat, stability ball, resistance bands, etc.). Be sure to wear white or neon.
