The Campus Recreation department offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs and services each semester to the College community, including activities such as group exercise, personal training, massage therapy, seminars, events, workshops, competitions and non-credit instructional classes. Registration is not required for programs unless otherwise noted.

Group Exercise Sampler

West African Dance Workshop

Wellness Screening Day

Join us in the Wellness Resource Room for wellness screenings, including body composition (body fat percentage), blood pressure, and resting heart rate. Screenings will only take five to 10 minutes!

Partner Yoga

Fit Fest

Tanning is OUT, Your Skin is IN!

Did you know your risk of melanoma increases by 75 percent when you use tanning beds before the age of 35? A 10+ year tanning bed user discusses her story about ignorance and melanoma that changed her life forever!

Self-defense Workshop

This hands-on workshop is designed for students who identify as female and want to learn and practice basic skills in self-defense.

Rec the Night: Hungry Hungry Hippos! REGISTRATION REQUIRED

If anything says "I'm a big kid now," it's a game of human Hungry Hungry Hippos. Remember the game from way back when? Well, it’s back. And people have taken it to a whole new level. Just think of the board game but in human form. So, in order not to miss out on the fun, we hopped aboard the bandwagon and whipped up a version of our own. Register as a team of four. You won’t want to miss this!
