The Campus Recreation department offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs and services each semester to the College community, including activities such as group exercise, personal training, massage therapy, seminars, events, workshops, competitions and non-credit instructional classes. Registration is not required for programs unless otherwise noted.

Earth Day Craft Event
Connect with mother nature and join us in creating your own “made with love” seed jars. Walk away with your own freshly planted herbs, flowers, or both!

Pride Petting Zoo - sponsored by Campus Recreation and the Office of Residence Life
A petting zoo? At Springfield College? It's happening! Looking to relieve a little "end-of-the-semester" stress? Come snuggle with and pet 35 of the cutest petting zoo animals, including baby goats, piglets, bunnies, and chicks!

Mother’s Day Craft Event
Looking for the perfect gift to celebrate your mother or a mother figure in your life? Stop by our Mother’s Day craft table to make a card, paint a picture frame, and more!

De-Stress & Flow 
Need a break from studying or the chaos of life in motion? Join us for this opportunity to slow down, reset, and de-stress. This outdoor yoga session will bring your focus to controlled breathing through sequences of gentle and restorative yoga flow. Please bring your own towel or mat.
