The Safer Sex Squad is a group of students that volunteer to provide safer sex supplies to their peers. They are provided with a supply of male/external condoms, FC2 female/internal condoms, and oral dams to keep in their residence hall room. They provide these supplies to the students in their residence halls upon request, answer questions, and serve as a liaison between the student body and campus resources.

Safer Sex Squad members must participate in training each year.

Safer Sex Squad members are volunteers and are not paid. It’s a great way to serve Springfield College and learn a little at the same time.

Students who are interested in serving in the Safer Sex Squad, or who have questions, should email the Student Advocates for Wellness at studentadvocates@springfield.edu.
