The theme of respect is discussed every morning in opening ceremonies and is practiced throughout the camp day by our staff. The Springfield College Child Development Center is a great place to learn, grow, and achieve. It facilitates a child-initiated curriculum that encourages the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of our youngest learners, which helps in building confidence that continues throughout life. Teachers focus on the process of learning in a way that makes it fun for children.
With a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, Child Development Center teachers are trained well beyond the state’s requirements. They also are CPR and first aid certified.
