MTEL Assistance Program
The Academic Success Center provides support for students preparing to take specific portions of the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure® (MTEL). There are several types of support available depending on each student's needs.
- Guidance sessions with the MTEL coordinator
- One-on-one tutoring with the appropriate MTEL specialist
- Attending MTEL review sessions
- Participating in a course-connected MTEL workshop
- Taking the class SPCO 201 - Building Communication and Literacy Skills
Students seeking support to practice and improve their skills for subtests should make an appointment with the MTEL coordinator or directly contact the appropriate MTEL specialist to set up a tutoring session.
