Official Transcripts
Springfield College offers the following options when placing official transcript orders through the Parchment storefront:
• Certified eTranscript with standard processing: $9 per transcript
• Certified eTranscript with rush processing: $14 per transcript
• Paper transcript with standard processing shipped USPS/Domestic: $11 per transcript
• Paper transcript with standard processing shipped USPS/International: $13.90 per transcript
• Paper transcript with rush processing shipped FedEx/Domestic: $45.50 per transcript
• Paper transcript with rush processing shipped FedEx/International: $71.50 per transcript
Processing Details
Transcript orders are typically processed within 3 business days with standard processing.
Transcript orders are typically processed within 1 business day with rush processing. Rush processing does not automatically guarantee same or next business day processing; however, these orders are placed at the top of the queue so there is always a significantly expedited timeline.
Shipping Details
Paper transcript orders shipped via USPS do not provide a tracking number or expedited shipping time.
Paper transcript orders shipped via FedEx receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email and should arrive at the intended destination within 2-3 days from the date the order is processed.
Unofficial Transcripts
Whereas many third parties do not accept unofficial transcripts, we acknowledge that some individuals (e.g., current students, former students, and alumni) may still wish to obtain a no-cost unofficial transcript displaying the same academic data as an official transcript minus the transcript paper, College seal, signature of the Registrar, etc.
Individuals with an active Springfield College account who enrolled in at least one course since the start of the Summer 2011 semester can print an unofficial transcript following these instructions:
- Open the My Student Profile page in Banner
- Click Academic Transcript in the left-hand navigation
- Select the appropriate value in the Transcript Level and Transcript Type drop-downs
- Click the Print icon in the upper right corner on the page
- Select the appropriate printer from the drop-down and click Print
Individuals who enrolled in at least one course since the start of the Summer 2011 semester who do not have an active Springfield College account can request account reactivation by emailing the Technology Support Center (tsc@springfield.edu.) It is recommended for that communication to include their full name at the time of enrollment and either their Springfield College ID number or the combination of their date of birth and last four digits of their social security so the request and record can be appropriately matched together.
Individuals who have not enrolled in at least once course since the start of the Summer 2011 semester cannot retrieve their unofficial transcript and must request official transcripts. The Registrar’s Office will not directly process unofficial transcript requests.
