We can't wait to see you on Friday, Sept. 1! You’re probably wondering what to expect when you arrive on campus in September.

New Student Orientation (NSO) weekend will be full of fun activities that will introduce you to campus and help you make new friends before classes begin.

Residential Students

You’ll check into your residence hall from 8 a.m. to noon on Sept. 1 and then check into the NSO program outside of the Flynn Campus Union. The rain location for the NSO program will be inside the Flynn Campus Union.

Commuter Students

You’ll check in at the Flynn Campus Union between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sept. 1.

The NSO program will start with our New Student Convocation at 2 p.m. in Blake Arena. This program will formally welcome our new students and their families to Springfield College.

We ask that family members depart campus by 3 p.m. so we may continue our orientation programming.

Portion of Alden Street Closed

A portion of Alden Street between Wilbraham Avenue and Middlesex Street will be closed during the next two to three weeks, beginning Aug. 16, for construction by the City of Springfield Water and Sewer Commission and Springfield College.

Please see the map for alternative routes to your needed locations on the Springfield College campus. Additional information and details on parking were sent to students' Springfield College email addresses.
