Adventure Camp
This year we are excited to bring back our Walk-a-Bout Camp! Please read the information below to learn more about this camp offering.
Walk-A-Bout Camp (Ages 12-15)
Walk-A-Bout is designed as a steppingstone for campers who are seeking to further their outdoor skills.
Campers ages 12 to 15 will participate in daily adventures, both on- and off-site, to help prepare them for a one-night overnight camping trip that takes place during the second week of the session. Campers interested in the Walk-A-Bout Camp must be able to handle the rigors of the preset activities. This might include, but is not limited to, the following: carrying a 30-pound backpack; and/or being able to bicycle five or more miles. Walk-A-Bout is open to 12 campers per session and follows our day camp schedule every day, with the exception of their overnight.
This year we will be offering 3 sessions of our Outdoor Sampler. For campers who are thinking of doing multiple sessions, each session will be unique.
