Springfield College Communications/Sports Journalism Professor Kyle Belanger once again will make the trip to the National Football League's Super Bowl Radio Row to provide his students with a behind the scenes look at one of the more iconic media experiences. In addition, Belanger will continue to assist at the Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Game, when military veterans face off in a game against NFL alumni.

Belanger will help produce some of the top radio shows in the country during his time on Radio Row, while also being able to teach his classes back on Alden Street utilizing the content he has access at one of the biggest media events in the country.

"Being able to be a mentor for our students, and giving them access to an event that can only enhance their journalistic experience at Springfield College, that’s everything,” said Belanger.

“These are good future journalists and sometimes all it takes is being able to see someone who you know in that setting,” added Belanger.

And between connecting with his students during this Super Bowl experience, and once again volunteering for the Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Game, it's an experience that is very much rooted in our Humanics philosophy.

“The Super Bowl, but more importantly, the Wounded Warrior game is a world class event, and to be able to volunteer at an event with these world class heroes who are committed to our nation, it’s just a beautiful experience to see that actual heroes of Super Bowl week being celebrated by thousands of fans,” concluded Belanger.
