Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Ab Lab

This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the core through some innovative & fun exercises. Make sure to come early, as this class fills up fast!


Barre is a ballet inspired group exercise class. In each barre class, participants will experience a variety of dance-based strengthening exercises to upbeat music. No previous ballet experience is needed to get a great barre workout!

Barre Blend

Barre Blend classes are great if you enjoy variety! In this innovative format, ballet, yoga, & Pilates exercises will be combined to help participants achieve a fun total body workout.


BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt & strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads & high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength, & quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. The cutting-edge BODYPUMP™ choreography, & chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight & highly-trained instructors, you can get the results you've been looking for! Please arrive early to set up your barbell & bench.

BOSU Cardio & Core

Integrated muscle training is used to work every muscle in the body on the BOSU to build lean muscle & create a strong & stable core. Come to "BCC" for cardio, strength, & abdominal training for all fitness levels.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class will knock you out! Get ready to punch & kick your way to an awesome cardiovascular workout using boxing, kickboxing & martial arts techniques.


This cardiovascular class will get your heart pumping while cycling on indoor stationary bikes using drills, imagery, &/or themes. Cycling is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can enjoy.

Cycle ‘n’ Core

30 minutes of cycling & 15 minutes of core training are packed into this fun & challenging class. You can look forward to great music & an energetic instructor.

Guts, Butts, & Thighs

Just like the name states, this class will focus on the abdominals, glutes, & legs. The "GBT" instructor will lead you through abdominal/core exercises, squats, lunges, & a variety of lower body moves.


Get ready to sweat in this heart-pumping workout! This high-intensity interval training class uses intervals of cardio & resistance training to burn fat, strengthen muscles & improve athletic ability.

LivFree Yoga

LivFree yoga is vinyasa yoga with heart & soul. This is yoga that challenges students to their edge & then move with finesse & grace to the next level. Classes are strong, sweaty, fun, & full of surprises - leaving students feeling energized, alive, & ready to come back for more. 

Restorative Yoga

This yoga class is meant for participants looking to achieve more flexibility from head to toe.  A restorative practice generally relies on the use of props & holding of a few simple poses to achieve a deep level of relaxation. This class will provide participants with a relaxing environment, calming music, & low lighting. 

Step ‘n’ Sculpt

All levels are welcome to participate in 30 minutes of step aerobics followed by 15 minutes of strength training to target all the major muscle groups!  Come enjoy an upbeat atmosphere while getting a cardio & strength workout.

Tabata Training

Join us for a great H.I.I.T. (high-intensity interval training) workout that will blast calories during & after your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.


Connect with your body, mind, & spirit while improving your strength & flexibility. All levels welcome. Each instructor has a unique teaching style & approach to yoga.


Enjoy the best of both worlds in this unique class that incorporates the physical conditioning of Pilates with the mind-body experience of yoga. Yogalates will also incorporate balance work to target your entire core.


Dance to Latin rhythms while you get a workout! You will do the Salsa, Merenge, Cha-Cha, Belly-dancing, & a little bit of Hip Hop! Zumba is fun, easy, & a little spicy!
