The Campus Recreation department offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs and services each semester to the College community, including activities such as group exercise, personal training, massage therapy, seminars, events, workshops, competitions and non-credit instructional classes. Registration is not required for programs unless otherwise noted.

Ab Lab

This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the core through some innovative and fun exercises. Make sure to come early, as this class fills up fast!

Barre

Barre is a ballet inspired group exercise class. In each barre class, participants will experience a variety of dance-based strengthening exercises to upbeat music. No previous ballet experience is needed to get a great barre workout!

Barre Blend

Barre Blend classes are great if you enjoy variety! In this innovative format, ballet, yoga, and Pilates exercises will be combined to help participants achieve a fun total body workout.

Barre Bootcamp

Can’t decide between Barre and Bootcamp? Now you don’t have to! This full-body workout combines the best of barre and bootcamp-style exercises, all rolled into one.

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads & high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. The cutting-edge BODYPUMP™ choreography and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors, you can get the results you've been looking for! Please arrive early to set up your barbell and bench.

BODYPUMP™ and Core

Try this new addition to our schedule! BODYPUMP™ and Core is a 45-minute, traditional pump class followed by 30 minutes of core work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. You will also get into some hip, butt, and lower back exercises.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class will knock you out! Get ready to punch and kick your way to an awesome cardiovascular workout using boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts techniques.

Cycle

This cardiovascular class will get your heart pumping while cycling on indoor stationary bikes using drills, imagery, and/or themes. Cycling is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can enjoy.

Cycle ‘n’ Core

Thirty minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of core training are packed in to this fun and challenging class. You can look forward to great music and an energetic instructor.

Guts, Butts, and Thighs

Just like the name states, this class will focus on the abdominals, glutes, and legs. The "GBT" instructor will lead you through abdominal/core exercises, squats, lunges, and a variety of lower body moves.

Stretch & Strength

Stretch & Strength incorporates yoga flow based exercises that focus on strengthening and stretching the body. This class is the perfect compliment to your yoga practice.

Pilates

Created by Joseph Pilates, this class will focus on creating stronger muscles, with a focus on your core. Breathing and relaxation are combined with exercises to help you “center” your mind and body.

Tabata Training/Tabata

Join us for a great H.I.I.T. (high-intensity interval training) workout that will blast calories during and after your workout. Modifications are given for all fitness levels.

Total Body Blast

This awesome full body workout is comprised of a variety of body weight exercises mixed with equipment. It will include intervals of cardiovascular drills and strength training.

Yoga

Connect with your body, mind, and spirit while improving your strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. Each instructor has a unique teaching style and approach to yoga.
