Post Office
The Springfield College Post Office offers all the services of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), with the exception of money orders and passports. This also includes FedEx and UPS.
When sending mail/packages to a Springfield College student, please use this preferred address format:
John J. Doe (First, Middle Initial, Last Name)
Springfield College
SC Box XXXX
263 Alden Street
Springfield, MA 01109
Note: Please remember to include your middle initial and box number in the shipping information for all of your orders. To find your box number, log into PrideNET using your credentials, then from the Residence Life home page, select “SC Mailbox Information.”
At the post office, all services can be paid for via cash, checks, or Pride Dollars only. Pride Dollars are different from the Bookstore and Dining Dollars so please be aware of the difference when loading money into it. When returning a package back to a manufacturer, it must have a bar code on it. The post office staff cannot accept QR codes for returning packages.
When we receive a package, we will scan the package and then you will receive an email to your Springfield College email address. It will either come from SendSuite or Packcity. For SendSuite, you will have to come to the post office counter to get your package. To get your Packcity package, go to the lockers located in the basement level of Locklin Hall. There you will enter your six-digit code, or scan a bar code, to retrieve your package.
The Springfield College Post Office will not accept grocery deliveries from Walmart, Target, Peapod, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. The post office will not be responsible for any items left here by delivery people that are not accepted or signed for by post office staff.
