The Graduate Associate (GA) will assist with Event Management, Marketing and Promotions, and Special Events. The GA will interact with officials, visiting teams, students, staff, faculty and alumni. Responsibilities will include supervising undergraduate work-study students and organizing tournaments/championships. The GA may also assist the department with the annual golf classic fundraiser, educational programming, compliance, the student-athlete leadership team and other duties as assigned. 

Fellowship Required Qualifications

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in collegiate athletics (as a student-athlete and/or working in an athletics department)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • US driver’s license is preferred

Position Requirements:

  • Be accepted as a full-time student into the Athletic Administration graduate program
  • Remain in good academic standing with Springfield College
