Primary Responsibilities

The Graduate Associate will assist with the daily operations of the Athletic/PE Equipment Room. Including PE/athletic equipment issuance, uniform preparation, laundry, equipment maintenance, facility preparation for classes and athletic contests. Associate will be interacting with officials, visiting teams, students, staff, faculty and alums. The Associate will be expected to work independently as well as in a team environment. Some responsibilities will include supervising undergraduate work-study students.

Secondary Responsibilities

The Graduate Associate will assist the department with administrative responsibilities of the intercollegiate golf program.

Fellowship Required Qualifications

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong leadership skills

• US driver's license is preferred

 

Position Requirements:

The student must be accepted as a full-time student into a graduate program. They must remain in good academic standing with Springfield College and pass the NCAA recruiting test. They must also be certified in CPR/First Aid AED
