Primary Responsibilities:

Provide support for fieldwork coordinators’ teaching responsibilities in Level I and Level II pre- and post-fieldwork seminars (OCTH 584, 683, and 687), including managing equipment and materials for hands-on learning activities during seminars, tracking student compliance with seminar objectives, and communicating with students and fieldwork coordinators. Provide resources to off-campus clinical educators.

Secondary Responsibilities:

May include writing letters, preparing mailings, maintaining records related to fieldwork scheduling and evaluation, and assisting other faculty in setting up placements for fieldwork incorporated into academic courses.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications include computer skills (word processing, including mail merge, database design and maintenance, and some spreadsheet work); maturity, initiative and judgment in personal and phone contact with clinical supervisors; organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to self-check; and ethical and professional behavior in maintaining confidentiality.

Position Requirement:

Open to any new or returning OT full-time graduate student. Must be available to work during regular office hours (weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) for both the fall and spring semesters.
