Outreach Assistant for Enrollment Management

Major Duties

  • Perform duties under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Director of External Partnership (ADEP)
  • Research organizations and companies that might be interested in an educational partnership with Springfield College
  • Contact local area chambers of commerce for information about appropriate companies/organizations in the area
  • Focus on the geographical area given to you by the ADEP
  • Contact area recruiters and collaborate on possible targets
  • Write up a summary of this organization and present to the ADEP for review
  • Contact this organization and ask for a zoom meeting with key personnel
  • Advise the ADEP daily on progress made towards the accomplishment of goals
  • Attend “pitch” and marketing meetings as requested by the ADEP

 

Minor Duties

  • Document all contacts on a spreadsheet
  • Follow up on all phone calls, emails, etc
  • Utilize a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and politeness in creating a relationship with educational partners
  • Send and receive email correspondence, links to our website, etc
  • Respond to requests for information
  • Respond to organizational requests to modify the MoU
  • Attend marketing events as requested
