Adam Feit brings a unique blend of strength and conditioning, sport psychology, and sports nutrition coaching experience to his 20-plus-year career in high performance. He has trained and mentored athletes and coaches across collegiate, Olympic, and professional settings, including the NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB organizations. Through his company, TF Performance (TFP), he continues to support students, athletes, and coaches by combining mental performance strategies with physical preparation methods to build confidence, resilience, and long-term success.
