With a strong background in multicultural, diversity and social justice research and training, Allison Cumming-McCann has been engaged in the field of counselor education for over 20 years and consistently pursued opportunities to engage in scholarship and service that is grounded in these areas. Further, she is actively sought out to provide professional development and dynamic workshops to colleges and universities, school districts, community based agencies and student groups. She is the program director and interim chair of the Springfield College Department of Psychology.
