Anne Wheeler joined Springfield College in the fall of 2015. She teaches writing and serves as the writing program director. Her research is on the remembering of Japanese American incarceration and the ways that visual artifacts are developed and deployed in order to contest dominant public memories of these events. Her publications have appeared in the Journal of College Writing and the Wisconsin English Journal.
