Brian Selby was in private practice from 2007-2022 working with children, adolescents, and adults with specialties in anxiety and autism spectrum disorders. During this time, he was an adjunct at Husson University in the psychology department. From 2000-2007, he worked at a community mental health clinic and served in the National Health Service Corp for four years serving underserved and low income populations in rural northern Maine.
