Christine Selby has been teaching at the collegiate level for more than 20 years and has been in part-time private practice for more than 15 years. Her specialties are sport psychology and eating disorders. She has presented at national, regional, and local meetings, primarily on the topic of eating disorders. She is the author of six books including the Chilling Out: The Psychology of RelaxationPsychology of Eating Disorders, and Who Am I: Understanding Identity and the Many Ways We Define Ourselves.
