After graduating from the MSOT program in 1995, Elizabeth McAnulty worked for 15 years at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (Northampton, Mass.) working primarily in outpatient and school-based occupational therapy with certification in sensory integration. While working at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, she served on the hospital ethics committee and provided ethics training and consultation for the hospital community. During her time working at the hospital, McAnulty also worked for an organization that specialized in multidisciplinary pediatric evaluation, and she worked as adjunct faculty teaching at Antioch New England (Autism Certificate Program) and Springfield College (pediatrics and ethics). McAnulty  began teaching full time in the Springfield College Occupational Therapy program in 2010 and is currently an associate professor.  She continues to serve on the ethics committee at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (was co-chair until 2023). She also supports adapted rowing at Holyoke Rows in Holyoke, Mass.
