Fadia Nordtveit is an assistant professor of Communications and Business at Springfield College. Her work has been featured in the Financial Times, Boston Globe, SXSW, NBC, and Medium. Her research centers on inclusion, sustainability, and organizational management. She is the creator of the Inclusive Business Model Canvas (IBMC), a framework designed to help organizations build inclusive structures. Nordtveit holds a PhD, MA, and BA in Communications. She founded The BGreen Project and is the author of Participatory Networks and the Environment (Routledge, 2019), with a forthcoming book on Millennials, Gen Z, and the Fair Trade movement (Routledge, 2026).
