Jason Barlow
Jason Barlow
Assistant Professor of Physics
- Doctor of Physics, Florida State University, Tallahassee, Fla., 2023
As a graduate student, Jason Barlow was involved as a Program for Instructional Excellence (PIE) associate for the physics department where we would hold workshops on improving teaching methods for other graduate assistants. He also took a course on teaching science practices at the college level. For research, Barlow is involved in searching for never-before-seen particles with the GlueX Collaboration. Finding evidence for these particles will expand our understanding of the Standard Model of particle physics.
