In his role as an institutional research analyst, Javad Bakhshinejad collects data, prepares reports, analyzes data and statistics, and manages institutional data and technology. These activities support institutional research, planning, and evaluation.

Currently, he is pursuing his PhD at Springfield College in Exercise Physiology, while actively working on research. Previously, he has worked in various positions as a teacher, strength coach, personal trainer, paid writer, while having experience in the academic, clinical, and exercise performance space, as well as general data analytics.
