Jeremy Menard joined Springfield College’s faculty in fall 2024 with more than 15 years of broadcast experience. From 2017-2024, he served as the manager of television & radio operations within Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications. In this role, Menard was the general manager and adviser of radio stations WICB-FM and VIC Radio, plus Ithaca College Television (ICTV). Under his leadership, the stations were recognized for outstanding news, sports, and entertainment programming, including College Media Association Pinnacle Awards for Best Four-Year Radio Station and Best Four-Year Television Station. Previously, Menard served as the operations manager and program director of WPIE – ESPN Ithaca, the ESPN Radio affiliate in Ithaca, N.Y. He was the radio play-by-play voice of Cornell wrestling during the Big Red’s 2014-15 season, and for more than four years, hosted the station’s flagship afternoon local talk show “Between the Lines" (BTL). As the host of BTL, Menard received the New York State Broadcasters Association’s 2017 Excellence in Broadcasting Award for “Best On-Air Personality.” Menard is the faculty adviser of Springfield College’s WSCB-FM radio station, Birthplace Studios podcast club, and SCTV3 television club.
