Thirty-plus years of teaching, coaching, and administrative experience at Springfield College have led to Kathy Mangano's wholehearted belief in the Humanics philosophy. She strives to practice, as well as model, this philosophy of education. As a pedagogist, her interest is in significant learning, teaching her students: how to learn, foundational knowledge, application, integration, the impact of the human dimension, and the values necessary to become the best teachers possible.
