Kevin Psonak provides oversight and coordination of institutional research initiatives that support and inform campus decision-making; manages an office that facilitates the use of data and analysis for institutional planning, assessment, and effectiveness; and prepares data visualizations, surveys, reports, and the like to ensure compliance with federal and national reporting obligations. Before coming to Springfield College in 2022, he held administrative and faculty positions at large universities, where he served in various areas, such as graduate-level program admissions, general education assessment, and academic program development.
