Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis worked as a long-term substitute teacher at Algonquin Regional High School in Northborough, Mass. He is a former All-American in gymnast at Springfield College and earned USA Gymnastics All-America honors in the pommel horse in 2005. While competing for Springfield, he served as co-captain from 2006-08. During his time as a graduate assistant coach with Springfield, Davis was tabbed the 2009 USAG Tri-Assistant Coach of the Year. Before returning to Springfield to head the men's gymnastics program, Davis worked in a variety of capacities within the gymnastics world at the club and high school levels, highlighted by a pair of Massachusetts state titles.
