Meghan Migeon began her career in medicine by working on an ambulance while she was in college. After graduating with a physician assistant degree, she continued working in emergency medicine at Baystate Medical Center in the emergency department. She started precepting students in the emergency department and found a real love for teaching. Migeon has been teaching at Springfield College since 2008 while continuing to practice emergency medicine at a local hospital.
