Rebecca is a licensed mental health counselor who is new this year to the Springfield College Counseling Center. She began her career working in community mental health, primarily with young adults and teens. Rebecca is looking forward to supporting students on campus through the lens of solution-focused therapy, helping students to identify their strengths and ability to problem solve in a way that allows them to feel successful. She believes that college can feel like a lot to balance and it is important to remind ourselves that we can do hard things!
