Ryan Lis was an assistant professor of Sport & Exercise Science at Milligan University in Milligan, Tenn., for two years. He also served as co-director of athletic performance at Milligan University for two years. Before these positions, he was the director of performance for Milligan University's women's volleyball and men's and women's tennis for two years, and men's and women's swimming for one year. He has interned with collegiate athletes at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va., and Elon University in Elon, N.C., and in the private sector at Barwis Methods in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
