While earning his PhD at the University of Texas, Saul Valdiviezo was an instructor for five years. His primary focus in research is psychological ownership as it impacts organizational outcomes, such as satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behaviors. He teaches courses on topics such as general management, information systems, global business, and introduction to business. In his previous work, Valdiviezo worked as an accountant for a clothing recycling organization and for the City of El Paso as a grants accountant.
