Summie Bledsoe is a dedicated higher education and student affairs professional committed to building inclusive, justice-centered residential communities. With experience in residence life, DEIB programming, and student leadership development, Bledsoe integrates equity, advocacy, and care into every facet of their work. Their research and practice focus on anti-racist supervision, belonging, and the transformative power of education. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at the University of Hartford, Bledsoe continues to merge scholarship and praxis to create systems of support that empower students and professionals alike to lead with authenticity, compassion, and courage.
