In a recent survey of 2024-25 graduates, 100% of graduates who responded from the Athletic Leadership program reported being employed.

Internships

Students will complete an internship, typically with college or university athletic teams and athletic departments as well as with member conferences. With our field experience site supervisors eager to receive our placements, we are confident that each placement will be a success. Recent sites successfully completed by our students include University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), Montana State University, Pepperdine University, San Diego State University, Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, and the University of Connecticut, along with numerous smaller colleges and many local high school programs. Many students in the program are also engaged as teaching fellows for athletic teams and the athletic department at Springfield College, gaining further experience as assistant coaches and administrators. The experience gained through the fellowships and/or internship is pivotal in successfully seeking employment in the field.
