Springfield College Physician Assistant Program Diversity and Inclusion Statement:

The Springfield College Physician Assistant (PA) Master of Science Program values a landscape in which individuals feel included and receive the resources necessary to accomplish outcomes in a fair and accessible way.  The Springfield College PA Program’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is committed to enhancing the culture of acceptance and inclusion. We continually create goals and take action in order to support an open and accepting environment that creates visibility and transparency for faculty staff and students.

The Springfield College PA Program recognizes the importance of providing a learning environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion for not only our college community but also for the community in which we serve. We strive to promote acceptance of diversity which includes but is not limited to race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, age, religion, disability, and socioeconomic status.
