Awards

Nina Esaki, PhD, assistant professor of social work, was awarded a fellowship of the Project for Ethical Leadership Excellence by the University of Louisville College of Business in November 2019. The fellowship is in support of a research study titled “Inspiring ethical leadership.” Esaki will use participatory action research to develop a practical ethical and effective leadership assessment tool for use in the human services field to inform impact investing, to identify areas for leadership improvement, and to maximize the well-being of staff and clients.
