Intramural student employees are the primary point of contact for all Springfield College students, faculty & staff participating in intramural leagues, tournaments and open facility time. This position is designed to aid in the operations of intramurals including supervising activities, and officiating. Roles will include supervising conduct of all intramural activities, ensuring general safety and the well-being of all those utilizing the facility, as well as enforcing all policies & procedures of Springfield College and Campus Recreation Department.

Summary of Responsibilities:
 Provide customer service to all Springfield College students, faculty & staff participating in all intramural activities
 Work all Intramural activities:
 Games and leagues
 Tournaments
 All other intramurals sponsored events
 Club sport events
 Setup and breakdown for all Intramural sponsored events
 Enforce policies of Springfield College and the Intramural Department
 Monitor the safety of all participants
 Ensure cleanliness of  all  recreational facilities
 Assist in promoting and marketing all intramural events
 Showing up on time and prepared to work( Athletic clothing, correct footwear, Whistle, Etc)
 Other duties as assigned
