Athletics Event Staff Students on the Athletics Event Staff support the contest supervisor with event set-up and breakdown, and assist with various roles during competitions. Responsibilities may include ball chasing, music operation, scoreboard and play/shot clock operation, ticketing, and announcing.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Hours per week vary based on the home contest schedule and the employee’s availability.

All training is provided and no prior experience necessary. Successful candidates will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for the behind-the-scenes work of Division III athletics.
