You must be available for the entire tournament weekend, January 15-19, 2026, plus setup on the evening of January 14. A valid U.S. driver's license is required for college van certification. You should be comfortable standing and moving for extended periods, lifting weights ranging from 15 to 50 pounds, and have a strong customer-service mindset. Staff must be friendly, helpful, and clear in communication. In this role, you'll rotate through operations, guest services, hospitality, media, and team operations. It's a team-based position where you'll cover your assigned posts and assist other areas as directed. Shifts can be faster paced, but training and on-site briefings will be provided.
